I am an Embodied Artist.
I dance, sing, and write songs.
I am also a spiritual guide and entrepreneur.

For as long as I can remember, my life has revolved around two things: expression and connection.
Authenticity, vulnerability, irreverence, and humor are the tools I use to connect with the deepest parts of my essence.

My work and purpose is rooted in feminine embodiment and inner child liberation through every song and movement.

My journey started in the rigid structure of technique, steps, competition, and perfectionism —
and with each day, I intend to liberate my body, mind, and spirit,
one movement at a time, one note at a time.

To date, my work includes numerous dance performances around the world,
10 independently produced songs,
an award-winning music video (Chile Verde),
performances in Costa Rican theaters and on television,
and collaborations with artists from Los Angeles, California.

I have also spent over 15 years working as a coach in dance and spirituality, and as a choreographer.

I am currently producing new music (I call it experimental urban), dance videos, spiritual content, events, and building community.

My art is a celebration of freedom and power.
